I am a DirecTV subscriber, and I suspended my account back in June 07 to try out Dish Network, well I called back a week ago and Directv offered me a decent deal, for $64.99, I get a HD-DVR installed, HD receiver (H20, already had this from before) and a regular receiver installed, so 3 televisions. I also signed up for Sunday Ticket, and they threw in Superfan for free. However, they can't install until September 13th, and I'd like to get it atleast before the weekend so I can see all of week 1's games. Is there anyway to get around this? I know I could call up a local company, but would that then make my deal (I think $10/month off and free HD-DVR and Super Fan free) void? Any help would be much appreciated!

You can always sign up and find the installer and call them directly. There are always cancels and they will slot you in.

Called them last week, they said they will call me if anything opens up, no call since. It's Bluegrass Satellite if that matters at all.

What if I found another installer, would DirecTV oblige?
