intelsat 9 mising channels ??

any one care to look at 58 intelsat 9 and see if they can get china radio or CCTV ? 3805 H 3428-3/4

3880 H 27690-7/8

we are trying to get them back up but dont know if the bird sol or we are sol due to the bad weather we are having. other channels that are fta on the bird come in
