Should I be worried about this service coming out to the boonies where I live?
The transmitter will be less than a quarter mile from my house:

Keeping up in technology, we use a huge variety of the radio spectrum including the following ranges 900Mhz, 2400Mhz, 3650Mhz, 5200-5600Mhz and 5800Mhz.

I doubt the service will be available. They are looking for 100 people to sign up. There are not 100 people near the transmitter. Their webpage is also very short on concrete details and that seems fishy.

3650Mhz is the only one that I would think would be a concern. But the only instances, where there has been conversations on this forum, have been because of a subscriber station on the same premises as the C band dish. Chances of problem also diminish if not aimed towards it.
Think that at a quarter mile and maybe a Titanium PLL with the WIFI filter it should be a non issue. I had a 5Ghz subscriber station, 40 ft away, shooting right over my BUD with no issues. (plain LNBF, no special filters)

The transmitter will be less than a quarter mile away, and about 90 degrees to the side of any dishes.
I use C2PLLs exclusively due to multiswitches and multiple receivers.
I believe that model does not have the filter?

No that one does not have the filter. At 90 deg you will probably be ok.
Hopefully it doesn't go through. :)
