Invacom QPH-031 owners help needed!

The LNBF has to be at the EXACT same height and distance from the dish as the original LNB, this exact focal position can't be changed.

Put the original LNB back on and measure the above, then you will have to modify the QPH-031 holder to get the exact same dimensions or it will never work!

I am using the same LNB on a Fortec 120 dish and it works great.
In the picture it looks like your LNB is noy far anough back in the holder (away from dish)
