I am never able to watch anything with Leonard Nimoy in it and not think "Spock!"

Then again, I'm a Trekkie :D ...

Speaking of Mission:Impossible, Best Buy has Season 1 and Season 2 DVD sets on sale for $10 each :) ...

He also just doesn't look right with his hair normal and not in Spock mode. It is also not right, almost evil, to see him smile even when he is just himself. I think I may have watched way too much Star Trek.

I caught an episode of Highway Patrol last Sunday morning with him and it must have been one of his early roles. He looked almost like a teenager. I think he was in more than one episode of the series.

I was a Mission Impossible fan before StarTrek, thankfully :)

When I was little my dad watched all these shows, he was still in his 20's at the time so I guess he liked them a lot then. Mom, not so much.
But stuff like this was on the TV a lot when I was little so I ended up watching them to one way or the other..
I guess I like them because they are corny and they remind me of the old days when things were better..

I've seen him in two different episodes of Highway Patrol I believe, but I may be wrong. One for certain, two I think.
I've also seen him on the Untouchables several times, playing a bad guy.

A few other shows I've seen him in, Night Gallery, Perry Mason, Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, Sea Hunt, a few westerns, Dragnet, etc...

And every time, all I see is, Spock...

Last night I was watching The Outer Limits "The Zanti Misfits" and Bruce Dern was in it.. I hadn't noticed that before even thought I've seen that episode several dozen times over the years..
The first time I ever took notice of Bruce Dern was in the movie "Silent Running".. I love that movie still to this day! I bought it on VHS back in the 90's when a local movie club shut down and sold out.
I would love to have that movie on Blue Ray.

It's a trip to see all the big stars in all these minor roles on old shows from when I was little..
