(And include SiriusXM radios in the mix too.). Or are they simply a different channel lineup format?

Is there any programming that’s on Sirius radios that’s not on XM radios/vice-versa?

Not sure how up to date/accurate they are, but you can see the lineups for the different platforms on their website by going to the Channel Lineup page and then using the drop down to change the selection. It appears the music channels are 100% the same and there are some extremely minor differences with the Talk channels. Both of my radios use Sirius so I cannot confirm accuracy.
Not sure if these links will for but the first link is for XM, second link is for Sirius. When selecting SiriusXM in the drop down, it downloads the line up for XM.
