It may finally be time to say Good Bye

If I was going to change it would be to YT TV. It's programming closely matches what we have now.Plus last I checked not all live tv streaming services do 5.1 audio.
we tried YTTV it was ok but missing some channels for us... seems like for a couple bucks more FUBO TV offers almost double the channels.. We still have sunday ticket with YTTV

Yes our owned joeys are $5.00 and not $7.00 a month our hopper 3 is $10.00 and not $15.00 a month for 24 months after reading the bill..
I believe you are misreading your bill.

The reduced price for owned equipment is not time related, it is a flat price just like the leased price.

$5 for an owned Joey and $10 for an owner H3, no time limit.

The 24 months is the time frame of your price freeze on programming.

I will call and question that as they put 24 months... a rep did say we would be getting credits since we own our own boxes!!!

Can you clarify the monthly box fees? I talked to two service reps and received two different answers. Are the monthly fees less if you own your own boxes verses leasing them? So if I own three Hopper 3's and two Joey 4"s vs. leasing a Hopper 3 and a Joey 4 then owning the other two Hopper 3's and one joey 4? Does anyone know the own vs lease fee for each type of box?

I own all of my equipment. I have 2 hopper 3 ..and 4 Joeys . The first hopper is 15 dollars. Everything else is 5 dollars a month. If you own your own equipment the second hopper is only 5 dollars a month versus 15 . My bill for the equipment charges has been the same for years since they changed the pricing structure.

interesting we have one hopper 3 & 10.00 a month and a joey 4 and a wireless joey both at 5.00 a month not 7.00 a. i own everything. the rep did tell me we get a discount since we own our boxes. they even reversed the 25.00 lease fee for the hopper with sling since i didn't want it...

This just makes it even more confusing. Why are one of you paying $15 for the first Hopper 3 and the other is paying $10 for the first Hopper 3? They're both owned boxes correct? Why is it different? Can anyone else jump in here?
