I just received an e-mail from Joe Harkins at Installs regarding my upcoming install on Saturday. He told me that he would contact Emerald Coast Broadband Communications today himself and ensure that they send professional installers to my home.

He called me today to help me resolve a box replacement and bigger OTA attenna order that I placed. He said that he would personally handle the whole turnover for me.
