KING TV Seattle

I am having problems with KING TV, channel 5, in Seattle, is anyone else experiencing problems? Over the past week or so I keep getting pixelation, then the picture gets choppy and then the screen turns purple. This is happening on all my receivers.

Our locals come off the 101 and my signal strength is in the mid to upper 90's on all the transponders, which leads me to believe its a transmission problem.

Well it looks like I have confirmation of this, a friend of mine that lives about 20 miles away was seeing the same problems.

I haven't watched KING in SD for quite a while and that problem isn't happening on the HD version.

We have not had any problems with KING in D either. Are you using over the air or getting it from Directv?

We were both watching the SD feed from DirecTV. It was really evident during the Husky, Notre Dame game.
