Better get caught up, Don. 21 new releases in 3D coming out between now and Oct 1. I have one yet to see and I'm caught up. I rent these days. Saving a bundle of money.

Just watched Wild Africa 3D. (rental) Typical low budget documentary. Some scenes were a bit over exposed and frequent lens flare but otherwise a good Documentary on Africa. Was interesting in that not ever having been there, it appeared that what Disney did here in Florida was quite authentic at Animal Kingdom when you do the tour through their version of the Savannah.

Yes, but now I have pretty much viewed all their titles and am waiting for new releases. I don't subscribe, just pay for what I rent and only rent 3D disks.

Saw Pacific Rim yesterday on a 60 x 80 ft IMAX screen with 28000 watts of sound. The story was silly but the 3D presentation was really great. I enjoyed it.

How was the 3D? I only watched on 2D but I could see where there were several spots that would be great in 3D.

Not too bad. Wasn't the best, wasn't the worst. 3d did add good depth. Some objects mad me blink a few times.

Saw GI Joe tonight. Another winner! all around excellent story, scifi war in the future with lots of future weapons technology.
