Last & Next Movie Watched

Ill be curious to see what you think. I was very interested, but then some reviews made me think this was more teenage girl stuff than fantasy vampire flick. Im not expecting blood and gore galore, but I do like the darker vampire themes.
Same here... my God Daughter wants me to get her the Audio Books...

Next: WHO KNOWS!!

Getting real tired of Netflix new release bog down. And I am not one for watching a movie again, just because it's BD. I've wasted too many hours watching mediocre movies. And another thing, why would the first disc of Band Of Brothers be perpetually a Very Long Wait, while the rest are Available Now? I'm about ready to ebay or craigslist the player and go back to the good old Redbox a mile away. Yes, feeling sorry for myself.

I wonder if the difference in supply matters by area (population and subs). Im 45 mins from Richmond Va and thats where the center is at. This is a highly populated area and I have not had any real problems since moving back here and setting up my account. We are on the 4 out at a time and watch 2-3 movies every week.

I will let you know as well as my daughters and I will be watching this as our Saturday night movie.

Last: Twilight

It was OK but I had very little expectations going into it. Elway the reviews that you saw making you think that it was a teenage girl movie was almost right on the money.

Dang. Ill prob watch it anyways, thats the point of having Netflix :)

At least decide if that will be the only one of the trilogy I watch.

Im still amazed how Quarantine kept me on edge, a movie hasnt done that in awhile.

Last: Soul Men (what can I say, sam jackson and bernie mac, I laughed my ass off. sam jackson says mutha***** better than anyone on earth, and there is a good tribute to bernie mac at the end)

Next: Dunno

Last: Twilight

OK. Definitely a teen movie. Better than some I've watched lately though (Punisher: Warzone and Max Payne). Some parts were pretty good. Others were slow and felt forced.

(3/5)

Any audio drops or general playback issues like I am seeing around the forums?

Anyways
Last: Bolt, looked/sounded teriffic, story was pretty good

Next: Swing vote.

Last: Swing vote (got called in to work halfway through, it was watchable from what I saw, but wife already sent it back to netflix).
Also watched Death Race. I liked it.

Next: probably twilight unless netflix doesn't have it near me (please). :)

Last: Quantum of Solace

-I think it's predecessor, Casino Royale completely revived the Bond series. Daniel Craig was excellent and I enjoyed everything about it. In Quantum, it took place just as Casino left off, so it's basically a sequel. I didn't think Quantum was nearly as good as Casino though. It lacked a lot of substance, but it was surely fun to watch. Non-stop action the whole way through. The PQ and AQ were top notch. This DTS MA track rocks!

Next: Letters From Iwo Jima

Last: QOS

I thought the movie was lacking the substance (and plot development) of a true James Bond movie. If they want to truly revive this long lasting part of movie culture, they seriously need to get some better writers and go back to Fleming's vision. I agree with Roger Moore that this goes against everything Bond.
