Last: Man of Steel

Interesting psuedo-revisioning of Superman. I liked most of it.

Last: The Lone Ranger

A lot different than the TV series I remember. Still a fun movie. We enjoyed it.

2014 dts Demo disc ...

[gadgtfreek]

Is it good?

[dfergie]

Pretty good, I haven't seen the Life of Pi, watched a clip at the dts booth Friday with their headphones and dts-x, it rocked, (clip with the flying fish).
They have the 3D version as well as 2D version, I see myself buying Pi soon ... looks like it's up on ebay already($32.95), demo world doesn't have yet.

Last: Percy Jackson Sea of Monsters

It was OK, if you liked #1 you'll be fine with this. Ive seen 5 start ratings for the audio, not sure that I agree. Sure it had some deep LFE at times, but overall I thought the LFE track as a whole was unimpressive.

Next: Pain and Gain and RIPD.

[gadgtfreek]

RIPD

I liked it as long as you dont take it seriously, had good PQ and LFE too.

Paranoia

Highly predictable but I liked it more than I expected I would.

The Getaway
