Yeah, second one had some "blah" spots, but also had some good stuff. Watched it without the wife of course. I got Riddick in today, think I may watch that tonight instead if I get up the steam. We are all sick and that bed looks mighty comfy right now LOL.

More along the lines of Pitch Black; had some excellent LFE. Wide open for #4 at the end.

I liked it, little long in the middle but it was fun. Depp cracks me up as always. Audio was fun, especially the finale with the music, had the speakers singing.

Everyone at AVS whines about it being long, it was just right for us, even one of my friends with extremely short attention span loved it...

I dont think it was that bad, especially some of the hate for it, it was just little slow.

I think much of the hate is monkey see, monkey do syndrome as most of the critics hated it also ...

I see a lot of folks that wanted something like the B&W TV shows. Should have known better if Depp was involved.

Only thing that kind of annoyed me was the bad Geography... TX does not really boarder UT... I know they wanted to have the TX town at the beginning and wanted to have the action up at Promontory Summit UT...
