LIN Guide data

Dish has removed the guide data for the LIN stations that it has removed. my 722 DVR will record OTA programming, but not without guide data. OTA programming is useless without guide data. Would the CSRs on this forum please have Dish reinstate the guide data that we pay for.

Don't think the CSR's can help with this one.. I suggest you may have to learn how to set manual timers until the LIN Extortion scheme is over. Sorry

I was not too happy about the guide situation myself. If you look at the guide you will see that the time frames for the shows are intact. I figure I will make adjustments one day at a time. I put the OTA timers below the dish timers so when this is straightened out I can just delete the "Important News" timers. When this concludes any timer that is a "Important News" name based timer will be useless so I thought that if I have enough unused timers I would not change those already created, that is why I will try a day at a time.
