Locals in HD Rollout?

Can you have the AT9 5LNB dish installed even though my area locals in HD isn't available at this time?

The AT9 is supposed to be the standard dish install if you order an H20.

We got our AT9 and 2 H20s installed free of any charges on Mar. 23,we agreed to 1 year of Total Choice programming.We agreed on this deal (new customer) with D* in Feb.,before the lease options kicked in on Mar. 1,we own the equipment,not a lease.The first tech that came out to do his survey basically refused to do the install,line of sight killed the deal in his opinion.I said fine,give us a second opinion from another tech.The second tech came out a few days later,looked everything over and gave us two options,due to the line of sight issueost mount or a commercial roof mount.The roof mount wasn't going to fly (tin roof),so we went with the post mount.The tech that done our install told me that all new installs were getting the AT9,to avoid swapping dishes out in the future.As of now,it is working great.IMO,he done a great job with the install. :up
