The ONLY ways you can get another set from DISH, would be:
-getting DNS via AAD nets from Atlanta & San Fran, which is actually NOT a DISH Network offered service
-"moving" to another DMA, but the previous locals were NOT removed from your account

DISH is barred from offering ANY SV channels since they were also barred from offering DNS on their own, so other than the 2 senarios I just posted, I don't see how you could possibly be getting them (legitimatly) now...
