That is known as an Invacom QPF-031 LNB. (Quad Polar Flange) vs the QPH-031 (Quad Polar Horn)

Not anymore. The L.O. drifted so far I ended up tossing it and moving on to better things.

i had one on my 1.2 meter dish and same results. It sucked back to the original ortho with a pair of Norsats. It is in my basement, will see if I can find it and send it to you.
