When I turn on microwave, oven, or garage door opener I lose all even transponders!!! What is causing this???

im going with the circuit theory, i would try and run an extension cord with surge protector to another room that you know for a fact is tied to a different breaker. it could also be a grounding problem...

OK I meant to say odd transponders. Dont know if that makes a difference though. I'll checkout the circuit theory. Thanks for ya'lls help. Even you Iceberg!

Are you losing channel or just transponder signal meter readings? When do they come back?
See if you can produce the same effect with a long extension cord to another electric circuit. Does this happen on all receivers?

Odd or even is probably not significant but transponder loss, odd or even, is usually a fitting or cable and then a defective LNB port.

Interesting case!
