Loss of east coast network feeds but not west

How is it possible to lose your east coast Directv feeds and not your west? It happened on two recievers with two seperate dishes in tow seperate locations.

Distant Network Stations

I am a full time RV'er with Distant Network Stations. My base is in Livingston TX and because of being in the Central Time Zone, DTV said I could only get the East Coast network stations in HD. I also get the West Coast Network stations but not in HD, just SD. Dang!!!!!!!!!!
