I'm finding that signals that fluctuate such as LPB, PB&J, ION Mux, etc isn't always the fault of the LNB or dish setup.
Earlier today I performed a blind scan on SES 2 KU band on the Anaconda receiver to get ready for the British shows tonight. All the channels played great except for the LPB channels which fluctuated from as low as 5% to as high as 85%. I then swapped out the Anaconda for my Openbox S9 and all the LPB channels played great with a solid signal above 87%.
