I have my Ku-dish pointed at AMC3 and I am trying to receive the Annenberg/CPB Channel. I have verified that I am indeed pointing at AMC3 with my DVB receiver, however, the CPB channel is Digicipher 2. I have found the hidden menu where you can manually tune into a frequency, but I am not sure how to enter the frequency. I have tried 1215.100, 2151.000, and 1215.000 with no success. Does anybody know how to do this?

With the 4DTV receivers I believe you have to tune by the IF frequency, if that is the case for 12151 you need to enter:
If your LNB LO is 10750: 1401
or for a LO of 10600: 1551
If your LNB LO is 10750: 1401
or for a LO of 10600: 1551
