The Monsterama Horror Hosts show has been on many times before as well.

It is pretty good but I would love to see someone make a movie length documentary about the topic!

I do not think that they announced that version yet. It may be in the upcoming movie thread..

I am wondering if that was even true. From what I remember of their press releases when they acquired the rights to 'King Kong' they made no mention of which version they were going to air and so far we have seen the 1976 version and not the 1933 version. If they were going to show the 1933 version they missed their prime opportunity.
