Turned on my microHD this morning and found the entire menu diplays corrupted with strange foreign letters. Russian? Greek?
In short, it's totally unusable and tried a couple fixes to no avail.
Attempt 1) Loaded a thumb drive with my backup settings I'd saved about 4 weeks ago.
microHD recognized the thumb drive and I was able to navigate to "Upgrade File"
in the menu. No luck tho, since clicking OK on the upgrade file went nowhere.
Attempt 2) Loaded the thumb drive with the original "GSPMHD_0.11_08292012.abs" file.
This attempt failed as well.
Attached photos will better explain the menu sequence thru and including trying to get the
microHD to update with the original abs file.
So here I sit, sad in Santa Rosa.
Help anyone?
Thanks folks.

That is Czech from central Europe. Go to the screen matching your third picture. Go to the top where it has the Backwards R word. Get that highlighted and then hit your right arrow and you should be back on English. I hope this helps. :)

HUGE THANKS TO "toucan-man" & "ke4est" !! You guys are amazing....and fast too.
Really thought I was dead in the water and time to send the microHD back !

I think I was sick the day they covered page 53 in class, not to mention the fact
that the dog ate my homework. Thanks Brian.
