Miami locals gone

Locals on Miami are gone, however I am in Cancun, but have always had the channels, till this new stuff started, any ideas.

Easy answer....119 no longer works in Mexico. Dish tightened the new satellite and spotbeams

They tightened up so much they are no longer even available north of Orlando. Funny thing for a couple of weeks in May during the latest TP moves Columbia and Savannah spots were available as far south as Orlando.
