question about a superstation

I want to get WWOR channel 238 but they said my zip code can't get it. Down the street a mile away they can get it with another zip code doesn't make sense to me at all. It's My TV network now on WWOR. I can get KTLA, WPIX and KWGN in the zip code I am. But not WSBK or WWOR.

It is possible that a local station is claiming syndicated exclusivity over a program on those stations. While DISH could legally sell you the station(s) but lock out the offending program(s) they choose to simply not sell it.

As for the hosuse down the road it must be just far e
