second display of reception, signal strength and quality, is the same as the first display when the text indicates it is display after the dish is tuned. or am i mistaken and don't understand it? or where should we post questions on the manual? charlie

I do believe you have found a mis-print. I didn't even catch that last night when I was reading though it.

Incorrect image. The correct image should reflect SQ in the 60 - 75% range.

No problem. I know I have the same problem sometimes, but I finally verified it is a Hughesnet thing. but have found a work around..
