Hi,

I am a new forum participant. I have had a voom receiver for a week now, and am located in Southwest Mississippi.

I have not yet tried to get any off air signals. (Where I am, I can barely bet analog off air.)

Are there any other Mississippi users here?

Have you had any success in off air in your area?

I'm in Biloxi, and the only channles I could get on Voom using their Stealth antenna was the 3 KLOX digital channels (pointing was critical) along with the analog. The antenna was mounted on a pole along with my dish down in the ground. Some issues with Voom caused me to switch to Direct TV. I used the same OTA antenna for a bit and could still only pick up the same channels. I switched out the Stealth with a Terk 44 and could pull in all the channels below, but not cleanly except for the WLOX channels. I put it on the second floor and can now get everything clear and strong. I can just barely pull either New Orleans or Mobile analog stations, but not nearly clear enough to watch.
