Nats force a game 5, just like the Giants and A's did last night. Can the Orioles make it four for four?? Stay tuned............

Game 5 of the Cards-Nats series will be tomorrow night at 8:30pm ET on TBS.

The Cards' are 5-0 in do-or-die games the last 2 playoffs (2 against Philly, 2 against Texas, 1 against Atlanta) and now they are in another one against Washington tomorrow.

Either the magic continues or we go 12 straight years without a repeat WS champ.

As memory serves me, the Cards were pretty good in Game 7s, too, at least, until they lost to the Tigers in 1968. I think they beat the Red Sox twice in Game 7s.

I now see that the Cards won Game 7 of the World Series the first six times they played in one, in 1926, 1931, 1934, 1946, 1964 and 1967, before Bob Gibson lost to Mickey Lolich in 1968, and they have gone 2-2 in World Seried Game 7s since then.

They lost a decisive game 5 of an LDS series to the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2001.

We need to get some runners on for Cabrera and Fielder...

Finally someone in scoring position for the big boys but they didn't get it done.

I wish you guys the best of luck!!:)

How confident are you tonight with JV on the mound?

Very confident. If we can't win with JV on the mound we don't deserve to move on. He will do his job. It's on the offense tonight.

Runner in Scoring Position in first 2 innings and can't get a run home ... sounds like the typical Tiger season so far.

Always nice to see the GOOD things NFL players do
