If I subscribe to extra innings now, do I need to pay 4 payments or just what's left in the season ?

I just talked to them about that (pricing) last week ....
They said $119 ... or 4 payments ... whatever that breaks down to.
Now I know that the EI package cost more than that originally, so that may be a discounted price they gave me, just seems like more than it could/should be for the last half of the season.
You can get the same thing on MLB TV for about $80, but thats streaming, not Sat based.
