I am a 8+ yrs subscriber to DTV/ MLB combo with no problems until 10days ago: 5 times I have been blocked out to watch my beloved(though hapless) WhiteSox games, though at the same time, I have been able to watch all the other games I am entitled to watch; the other times in that time frame I have been able to watch them. DTV CUST/TECH Service unable to help after about 6hr on the phone and several CHAT session. It has been a long time since I have had to contact them, and I am appalled at the extremely poor quality of their reps knowledge(one actually gave me factually false info). Of the about reps I talked to, only 2 seemed to know anything about the MLB package on DTV. Any comments/suggestion?
