More HD to move from 61.5 to 72.7?

They have been doing just that for the past year. They have been sending postcards and making calls to subs with hybrid arc setups to change them over to a pure arc setup, western or eastern, for core programming. I received one postcard and three calls last April to update my setup in Florida. The forum was filled with subs indicating contacts for several months.

Yes I recall that happening. At the time I posted asking how dish decided who would be upgraded first etc. Never received a response. Its been over a year since the first batch of "new hds" went up that I and many other hybrid subs can't receive. The only calls I have recevied from dish were a reminder to up date my auto pay credit card. And a reminder to return the recevier we droped from our account (dish forgot to sendthe return box).
If I was that bothered I would call, if I loose programing though I will go through the roof.

Did you "move"?

I have received post cards, emails and phone calls about getting me switched over... and I was already on the correct arc.

Been at same location and address for last 5+ years with no "moving" issues. Get a monthly paper bill so they should know where I am at.
