just setting up a motorised system to complement my current stationary dish farm and was wondering if there is a better setup for my 5 LNBs then the on included in the quick picture I have included.

equipment:
Receiver: VS9000
Motor: SG2100
Diseqc: Chieta Heavy Duty
22KHz: Ecoda
LNBs: 4 linear, 1 circular (119)

will the diseqc / 22khz setup interfere with anything since the motor is in the mix now? also anyone getting the vs9000 to work properly with USALS?

Should work fine.
You can expand each of the diseqc inputs with any 22khz switches.
Or, you could put the Ecoda ahead of two diseqcs, and have an eight-input array.
Not really any better; just another way to give you lots of room for expansion.

Always remember to power down your receiver when connecting or disconnecting any hardware to the switches.
