I just got motor and i want to install it on my globecast dish. does anyone has any pointers. can i reuse the existing mount just put motor between it ?

What size dish is that? and which motor? Probably can be done, I motorized a couple of primestars myself, with no engineering degree! I'd search the forum here, 'motorize primestar' should get you some interesting threads Mostly just a matter of fabbing an attachment to the motorshaft from the dish, having a small adjustment built-in to your attachment to set the dish's elevation, and a means to hold the dish tightly to the motorshaft. It wasn't as hard to do as it sounds.
