Movie Money Question

Prior to getting my installation, my purchase was reordered and canceled numerous times. I guess on one of the orders, D* sent me some movie money for $4.99 that is made out in my name and has one of the old acct #s from one of the other orders on it. Since it was for me can I still use this? Or was it only valid for the account that was active for a day?
