so the person moves to get a different local city

bam they lose their landline phone service if they still have it.

those turned off generally have a tough time being disconnected from everything........

That said... Whoever said the RV department transitioned into the equipment verification team is talking out their ass. The day I got promoted to supervisor(I was in the RV depo) is the same day they just cancelled the department all together. It was always just advanced tech support that had additional knowledge specific to RVs, and most of it was "contact a retailer". They realized that all advanced tech support should have the capable knowledge to offer RV assistance.
