The outside tv is within 300ft of Hopper3.
Any other info needed?
Right now using FireStick and Hulu.
Thanx in advance.

I don’t think the wireless Joey can be that far away from the WAP. If you already have your Fire Stick working on that TV why not simply use DishAnywhere on it.

Signal not reliable even with a WAVLINK connected to near wall of house...

Max range on a Wireless Joey is listed @200', but there are variables that can impede that signal. Walls, metal buildings, electrical circuits, etc.

I am told it is app 200ft rather than the 300ft I previously mentioned.

Does either the WAP or the WJ have an externally accessible antenna? If so, you could put on one with higher gain or even a directional antenna like this:

Note that I have not tried the above antenna. But on Ebay it's only about $3.30 + shipping and claims 12dBi and both 2.4 and 5.8GHz bands.

We swapped out a wireless Joey from one TV to another, (which is outside ) and had virtually no problem getting it to work!
