MRV help

Hey guys, been a long time since I posted.

So here is what I have

2 HR20s one a 100 one a 700 model, and a H21

I HAD MRV back when it was in beta and it worked perfectly.

Unfortunately every time I call D* to ask them to just flip on MRV without installing new DECA equipment they refuse.

Is there a way to get this done without an install?

If not would it be worth upgrading receivers and signing a new commitment for this to be done? my current 2 year runs out in feb.

Dunca, the search came up rather vague, got a specific thread or verbiage I should use?
