2012-03-31_17-55-23_485.jpgThis was fun,mig welded a 4 ft extension on my 6 ft pole to clear those tree's. Installed the mount off a ladder, then stood on the tail gate of my truck and with the wife's help put the dish on the mount. Took 3.5 hours - and 20 minutes to line it back up. so far I am getting 58w to 137w. Was 125w was as low as I could go before the trees blocked signal. 8 ft Sami.

More fun this afternoon

Mounted a spitfire ku lnb on the side of the scaler on 8' prime focus. getting ku from 72w to 125w, Mostly 70's Quality on openbox.2012-04-07_16-26-15_601.jpg2012-04-07_16-26-29_331.jpg

Nice. That's impressive performance. Kinda wished my BUD did as well on Ku. But it doesn't, so I rigged up Ku a bit differently.

Nice setup, never thought of setting one up that way. Use a turnbuckle for adjustment?
