MY9 & CW11 (New York)

I live in CT (06611 zip code) and subscribe to DirecTV. I subscribe to local channels, have a 3-LNB dish, and have a "new" HD/DVR receiver. I am technically in the greater New York market. Why are MY9 and CW11 "blacked out" on my screen at all times? Thank you.

Have you tried a reboot?

Your zip is in the NY DMA so they should come in

Those stations are on sat 99 TP16 along with WNET 13 & 50

see if they come in

The other NY HD channels are on various TP's (16,17,19,20)

According to this from the D* website you should be getting these channels :
If your not getting them I would call D* and ask them.
