NASA Signal Much Improved on AMC - 3 / 87.0W?

Rechecked NASA HD tonight on 87.0W on C Band and got 20 points higher Q by re adjusting my Actuator 6 counts to the West. When finished NASA HD was:
S = 69 Q = 93 which is 20 points better Q than a month ago. Don't know if it's the much colder weather up here with wind chills up to -20 degrees below zero, or has NASA improved the signal on Tp H - 4000 for the upcoming shuttle launch? Anyone know the date of the next launch? Thought it was at the end of this month.

I'll have to retry AMC-3 I thought my dish was messed up. I lost NASA last month and I have never been able to see it since. Other Channels on AMC 3 come in fine.

Looks much stronger to me, in Michigan. Now booming in the low 70's on my Sathawk. It was quite low for a while.

Finally got around to seeing if NASA had returned and there it was.

It was weird indeed. I was getting Ku channels fine but not C band? I think that is suppose to be the other way around.
