need help with setup Neusat 6000

i have a neusat sp 6000 slave to a 4dtv 920, i have everything hooked up correctly my problem is i can,t get signal to come through the neusat with the power off on the lnb, can anyone help me out. also does anyone know how to slave a 4dtv 920 to a free to air receiver

try splitters or a bud slave kit

What kind of lnb r u using? if u r using a lnbf then power on the 4dtv can b off. If you r using a server motor then power on 4dtv must b on because ur fta reciever wont b able to control the polarities.
