need help with vsmaxhd no signal

I just got a vsmaxhd and a dish 1000 plus dish with a dpp44 switch

1) which of the lnbs goes where, let me describe the lnbs becuase i have been surfing several forums about the issue and i have gotten frustrated

the center one with a clear lens has 2 connections wich i beleive will be connected to ports 2 and 4
the right one wich has two conectors with a white lens I'm not sure which connector to use on port 1
the left one with white lens also one connector that i wil connect to port 3

2) i have used a digital signal receiver to try to get locked on a sattellite and when i get it on -1 db with a signal of 10 i try to setup the antenna and no signal present or quality

3) i have used the information of elevation, azimuth from the web and can not find the right skew could i be locking into a sat and not have the right skew

any help will be appreciated

What's a VSMAXHD? That's not a Dish Network receiver either.. Maybe this should be in an FTA FOrum.. Or has this something to do with Hacking?

A VSMAXHD is ViewSat's value priced HD receiver. I assume that this guy is trying to hack DN HD with this box, and he is trying to figure out how to put his Dish 1000 together. I dont think that there would be much use for a HD box with a DN dish if he was wanting true FTA.
