Despite the Duluth/Superior market has not launch a new digital subchannel since 2007 when WDIO-DT 10.2 in Duluth and WIRT-DT 13.2 in Hibbing we're launched.

However, is there any chance 1 of the 4 commercial Duluth TV stations could likely add Me-TV, ThisTV and Antenna TV on their subchannel by the end of 2011?

anything is possible but sadly I doubt anything would be added. Here is why I think

3 has a subchannel already (CW)
6 has 2 subchannels (My & a weather)
8 no for obvious reasons (PBS) ;)
10 has RTV already but I dont see them adding anything.....I'll elaborate why
21 has none but Red River is too cheap to add a subchannel.
27 could but since they carry religious on it they'd probably stick to it

Also if 3 or 6 adds one they cant add it to 11 in Chisholm because they are maxed beyond already

Hey be lucky you have RTV. Hubbard those cheap b**tards wont put RTV here in Minneapolis. They give us reruns of newscasts or a lame weather radar. I've sent e-mails to Hubbard asking why they dont put RTV on 5 (and 42/43 in Alex and Redwood Falls) and 6 in Austin (those 3 have no subchannels) and I usually get a run around. We do have ThisTV on KSTC 45 (also owned by Hubbard)

I would like Metv or Antenna TV

are you frickin kidding me?

WDIO gets METV (per their site) yet KSTP in the cities (owned by Hubbard also) we get CRAP!
Stupid replays of newscasts
