Have a 75” Samsung UN75MU6300 and HR54/C61K. I noticed recently that every so often, the guide looks “dim.” Finally tracked it down to whenever I’m watching a 4K HDR program on Channels 104/105/106 and I pull up the guide, the guide appears dim, as do all the DirecTV graphics, including the Menu and Info boxes. If I switch to a normal HD channel, everything goes back to normal. This doesn’t occur if the 4K program isn’t in HDR.
I’m assuming it’s an issue with the TV adjusting the graphics thinking they’re in HDR. Anyone else experience this?
