Why 2 am ?
You should be able to download anytime after 11PM est, most of us wait a bit, I wait till about 10 after personally.
Occasionally, it's not there right away, last night for example it wasn't in the stream till midnight est.

In Chattanooga you should be able to look for it after 11:00pm

correct! but most wait 15 to 20 minutes to make sure the CE software is in the stream.
OK so, from my experience last week (and I will probably catch flak for this) Since the new HD gui is in a staggered release currently you can actually download the new gui almost every night in the middle of the night. I say this because that is how I originally got it on my STB's . You will just have to watch the firmware stream and look for a change in the stream and get a version starting with 0x057* (Newbs * = any)
Looks like the HR24 is gonna do what it did lastnight and wait a while to get in the stream
