Have had a great experience so far . Installer arrived about 2 in the afternoon left by 6 .Got the new reciever HD-DVR it is black very cool also the HD is amazing. Am having a problem programing my remove to work with my harman kardon reviever. Already went to Directtv.com none of those work ,I have the avr 247 any suggestions ?

um yeah, menu, settings, setup, remote, pick a device and follow all the instructions given to u. when ur done, program the volume on ur tv seperate, code is 993 then channel down. this will keep remote programmed to control volume on tv but u have to slide bar over to tv to do it. unless ur running ur harmon temporarily. either way read directions carefully and ur risk.
