New SD Receivers

Does anyone happen to know the new model SD receivers that will replace the D12 series of receivers. They appear to be getting phased out.

As far as I as I know, the D12 is the current SD basic receiver.

Since there are now a few SD locals in MPEG4, I suspect it won't be long before we see a MPEG4-capable SD receiver (possibly based on the H21).

Or the R22 might become a future base receiver?

you would think with all this talk about digital transition, DTV would make a reciever that would do the job these digital converters would do and take the HD signal & side channels and convert them for SD.
