My 211K Received an update when i turned it on this morning at aprox. 7AM eastern time. Went from L455 to L456.

Anyone who could dedicated his free time for posting the reports and could use his PC (Windows) with simple DVB-S card/USB and run TSReaderLite ? Sat line doesn't matter, could be any of 110/119/129/61.5.
 
Considering this thread is no longer being updated. I propose the admins remove it as being a "sticky".

Many props to Randall ... but if no one is going to update it, there is no sense keeping it here.

My 2 cents ...
 
What exactly is required in tracking the sw in the stream and what would the cost be? If it can be done with a laptop (dont have a desktop), I'd consider doing it.
 
Any version will works; that card should be sufficient for low end tasks too. I mean for DVB-S, do not required heavy processing, just filtering out up to 1 Mbps sub-stream [separate PID]. I suggest the card will be useful for you doing other interesting things - for FTA hobby.
If you are not inclined for FTA, try to get lower cost [DVB-S only] USB sat tuner.
