Seattle area
I live in Shoreline. With various dishes, I see the AMC2 (W2) satellite. I understand that VOOM is at 61.5. That appears to be below the horizon (housing, etc.) Is there anyone getting VOOM in Seattle? Are there options for other satellites?

Many people in the NW are getting Voom. Go here and download the azimuth program, pull out a compass and a protractor and see what line of sight you have.

I live in West Seattle and have been receiving Voom since last November. I am on the top of the hill. The satellite is VERY low on the horizon and unless you have a clear line of sight to the Cascade Mountains (East) you are out of luck to get Voom.

My dish actually points down to get signal. I must say though that I get great signal and enjoy Voom even in the rain!
