New Year cleaning

My dish is looking a little sad. Is there a special type of spray paint I should buy, or will a nice neutral colored flat/matte finish work well?

I've been satisfied with Rust-oleum products. I'd sand all the rust off, hit it with compressed air and wipe with a lint free cloth damp with denatured alcohol, then spray.

Thanks! Just a flat or matte finish; I don't need a metallic -- right?

Nope, don't need metallic. The dish is metal (RF reflective) Matte or flat so the sunlight isn't reflected into the LNBF throat.
